Refund Policy

1. Discretionary Refund Policy

At AI IndexList, we strive for operational excellence. Due to the digital nature of our architectural telemetry, API credits, and Merchant Node Subscription Plans, refunds are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion.

Once API credits (Requests) are initialized or a Merchant Lane (RFQ Quota) is provisioned to your node credential, they are considered "active" digital assets.

2. Eligibility for Review

A refund request may be initiated if:

• Technical Protocol Failure: The API gateway experienced a confirmed downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
• Unauthorized Access: Proof of fraudulent transaction prior to credit consumption.

Note: Digital products may not qualify for a refund if the credits have already been partially consumed by an active agent.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Already consumed API request quotas.
• Custom Enterprise configurations.
• Promotional or discount-applied protocol allocations.
